All owners pay Terra Verde Resort Masters fee and assessment plus The Manors at Terra Verde fees and assessment and/or Terra Verde Resort Villas fee and assessment, depending on property(s) owned. Single-family homes belong to the Manors HOA, Townhomes belong to the Villas HOA.

Masters Association assessment $3160 Annually, payable in 4 quarterly assessments of $790
Manors Association assessment $916 Annually, payable in 4 quarterly assessments of $229
Villas Association assessment $1360 Annually, payable in 4 quarterly assessments of $340

Quarterly assessments are due on the 1st of January, April, July and October.

Assessments from August 2022 should be paid through the Extreme Management Service Owner Portal. All owners should have received an email with welcome letter, temporary login credentials and an instruction booklet for the owner portal. If you currently have your assessments set up for auto draft from your bank this will need to be changed.

Checks by mail: Checks can be mailed to Terra Verde Resort 109 Madiera Beach Blvd, Kissimmee, Florida 34746.
Please include your account number in the memo line to ensure that payments are applied to the correct account. Your account number is your property number and the first letter of your street. Please send a separate check for each association.
